Easter #1: Buneary Pattern

I know this is very late... but I finally had time to write down my pattern for Buneary, and there will be a part #2: Torchic.

So what're we waiting for, let's get our amigurumi equipment, and *hop* to it! ^^

Materials:

* 3.5mm crochet hook

* 8ply yarn - brown, white (normal), pink (shiny)

* fluffy (fairyfloss) yarn - white (normal), pink (shiny)

* felt - light brown, pink

* 2x 10mm safety eyes

Abbreviations:

mc - magic circle

sc - single crochet

dc - double crochet

trc - triple crochet

inc - increase

dec - invisible decrease

sk - skip

dfc - double foundation chain

FO, LT - finish off, leave tail for sewing

Pattern instructions:

[Head] - in brown

r1: mc 6

r2: inc around (12)

r3: [1sc, inc] around (18)

r4: [2sc, inc] around (24)

r5-10: sc around (24) --- insert safety eyes between r8-9, leaving 6 stitches between

r11: [2sc, dec] around (18)

r12: [1sc, dec] around (12)

r13: [1sc, dec] around (8) -- stuff firmly

[Body... continued from Head]

r14: (OH only) sc (8)

r15: [1sc, inc] around (12)

r16: sc around (12)

(change to fluffy/fairyfloss yarn)

r17-18: sc around (12)

r19: [1sc, dec] around (8)

r20: dec around (4). FO.

[Ears] x2 - in brown

r1: mc 6

r2: [2sc, inc] around (8)

r3: sc around (8)

r4: [3sc, inc] around (10)

r5-6: sc around (10)

[Ear fluff/poms] x2 - in fluffy yarn: white (normal)/pink (shiny)

Assembly

1. Sew ears to her head, sew/glue pom poms to the tips of her ear (I like to bend on ear, but it's completely optional); sew pieces of felt to the inside of her ear

2. Sew arms to body

3. Sew feet to body

4. Sew tail to body

5. Add a nose: cut a mini triangle out of pink felt and glue, or embroider a little nose :3
