Drifloon Amigurumi Pattern

Hiya~ I decided to publish my amigurumi pattern for Drifloon; she's super easy to crochet, and makes an adorable addition to any room, backpack or collection! :3

Drifloon's normal colours are purple with yellow, and her shiny colours are yellow with blue; but honestly you could crochet one in any colour you want!

Materials:

* 3.5mm crochet hook

* 8ply purple/yellow yarn (body colour)

* 8ply black yarn

* whitefluffy/fairyfloss yarn

* 2x 10mm safety eyes

* yellow/blue felt (for feet & mouth)

Abbreviations:

mc - magic circle

ch - chain

sc - single crochet

inc - increase

dec - invisible decrease

slst - slip stitch

sk - skip

FO, LT - finish off, leave tail for sewing

IH - inner hoop only

OH - outer hoop only

TR - turn around

Pattern instructions:

[Body] - in purple (normal) or yellow (shiny)

r1: mc 6

r2: inc around (12)

r3: [1sc, inc] around (18)

r4: [2sc, inc] around (24)

r5: [3sc, inc] around (30)

r6-11: sc around (30) ----- insert safety eyes between r9-10, leaving 6 stitches between

r12: [3sc, dec] around (24)

r13: [2sc, dec] around (18)

r14: [1sc, dec] around (12)

r15: (IH only) dec around (6)

r16: (OH only) [ch3, TR, sk1, slst, sc] x6

r17: [sc, inc, sc, slst] x6, FO, LT.

Leg diagram

[Legs] - in black, refer to picture

1. ch25, FO, LT

2. "sew" leg onto body, pull the yarn through and ch25 on other side.

[head puff] - in white fluffy/fairyfloss yarn

r1: ch7

r2: popcorn stitch around, slst to join the round, FO, LT.

[Feet & Mouth] - in yellow (normal) or blue (shiny)

1. Cut 4 heart-shapes from felt

2. Cut a cross-shape from felt

Assembly:

1. Sew head fluff to body

2. Glue or sew the cross-shape (mouth) to body, between the eyes

3. Glue or sew 2 heart-shapes to each leg, sandwiching a short length of black leg between the two halves.
