Hello! Welcome back to my blog!
I know... it's been 7 years since I last wrote a blog post (in 2019) regarding personal life.
There's a few reasons:
I didn't know how to create two separate pages, one dedicated to patterns and the other for personal life updates (or like a mini newsletter), I didn't want to mix the two together...and well... I finally figured it out! Hopefully it wasn't a fluke -touch wood-
I stopped crocheting when I moved to New Zealand in mid-2020, during COVID-19, but in that time, I completed my Bachelor's and post-graduate studies. I worked in hospitality as a hotel manager and taught in a primary school for a few years...
I didn't have much time to blog, study full-time and work full-time on top of managing a breakup with my ex-fiance... I think I just lost the motivation and spark...
But now...
I am back in Melbourne, and am active in the art scene again! I have been tabling in artist alleys in many conventions and art markets, all over Australia, and they have really brought so much joy and inspiration to me again <3
I want to share this journey with you all, so I will try to write a mini newsletter, at least once a month, and definitely after every artist alley tabling experience. I have quite the backlog to catch up on, but I think I will just start from April 2026 (because I only just started vlogging hehe)
April 2026 - Supanova (Melbourne) & Homebrew (Adelaide)
March 2026 - Animaga (Sydney)
October & November 2025 - Supanova (Adelaide), Geek Markets (Canberra), Lucky Lemon (Melbourne)
August 2025 - Animaga (Melbourne)
Please click on the above link(s) for the story and photos!
Currently, I am studying full-time to become an Enrolled Nurse (EN), I graduate in April 2027! So between now and then, I will be balancing school, placements, running an Etsy store, stock for conventions, and tabling in artist alleys!

Wish me luck <3
